Ultra fast fibre is depressingly bad

Sky tell me all is good when I do a service checker, yet websites on iPad take ages to open. Downloads of movies on Q takes hours. Ultra Fast Fibre now and it has been poor ever since I got it, but seems worse since I got Q.IMG_3121.png

I've recently switched to this and had nothing but trouble wish I had kept the old router it's so frustrating 🤬🤬

Same issue here. New to Sky full fibre and Max Hub. The WiFi is unreliable at best.

Mine is so slow as well when contract runs out I'll either be going back to what I had or find something else
