Two Orange on my Router

Everytime time it rain, the router internet goes from green to orange, the same with Voice. This is a new line installed by OpenReach. Any suggestion?

@EricH thectwo amber leds indicate the hub has lost its connection. You can run the connevction test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if Sky are aware of an issue - note ignore the intial result which was run some hours ago run the test again - if there isnt call Sky and report the fault.
