@Liamjo the older flat style Sky hubs get quite warm normally so unless they are so hot you cannot leave your hand on them there is not likely to be a fault. Otherwise make sure the hub is not got other things on it and is not on a surface that stops it cooling if it is still worrying you give Sky a call,
