@Gary131313  What platform is this? Sky Q or Sky Glass or Sky Stream? Do any other devices have issues?

What tv platform do you have?

Glass, stream, sky q or sky +hd

Or are you just trying to access freeview/freesat

 

What error messages if any are you getting

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
