Guaranteed WIFI speed never met

Just got the new fibre broadband with guaranteed speed of 600MBPS and funny enough getting 22.20MBPS So spend more and get less. Sky tv now not working because of disgraceful speed, working from home is next to impossible and xbox can barely run. What is the point when it's advertised and promised yet can't fulfil. And don't get me started on Openreach technical team-vile people!!

@Shaw12 When did you get the install fo FF done, and the activation for it to go live, is it also an upgrade from a package you have with sky already.
