@Amanda195 sounds to be a poor wifi connection from your Sky hub to the TV. Assuming the hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface so it is above obstructions like radiators then look into improving the WiFi in your home Sky offer WiFi Max package as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
