Tv keeps buffering and freezing. Sound also dropping out. I've switched everything off and on again but I'm unable to watch tv. Wi-Fi on phone is full but internet signal only at 2 bands. I only had this installed on Tuesday. It's rather frustrating! Please can you help. Ghsnk you
