Tv connection poor

On the 21st November 2024, I had news sky broadband for faster WiFi fitted in. However, my TV Panasonic has had very poor Internet connection with not being able to load anything on my amazon firesticks TV streaming services. I have one upstairs which loads perfectly fine but it's downstairs in the livingroom,

 

that I'm having really big issues with. 

 

When checking any devices and tvs on the link given through text by sky, it was showing everything was connected to devices great or strong. Expect my Panasonic smart TV. As of today, 26th January 2025, is doesn't seem to be working at all and says 'currently unavailable' on my home page of amazon TV. 

 

As this point, we've tried everything to fix the amazon stick but now makes us wonder if it is my Panasonic TV instead. 

 

Could you please advise me on what to further, thank you!

Hi @Christine271946 

I am struggling to understand which device you are having issues with. Are you using a Firestick connected to your Panasonic TV or are you using the smart features of the Panasonic TV?
