Tv and broadband
My signal is awful, iam paying for service that does not work, when I'm on my phone the signal is horrendous, the tv signal is none existent, constantly cutting out, stop starting, the wording is always not in time with the picture on the screen, it's been like this for 3 months and I've had an engineer out and nothing has changed, I've just cancelled my direct debit with sky as I'm so angry, I've been a vip customer for years and I'm paying out for a terrible service, I want the last 3 months bills compensated or I'd like to leave xky completely, fuming is not the word

Re: Tv and broadband
@Dannyo42 Then you need to call sky and discuss your options, we're fellow customers here
but by cancelling your direct debit you have prevented yourself from being able to call sky and potentially cancel
so I would suggest you reinstate the direct debit and contact sky directly
