I am happy to pay for it moving but can not for the life of me get any help from sky

@Sarahjadee_x  You will need to call Sky to arrange this.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Sarahjadee_x

Note that your television will not be connected directly to an ONT: it might, however, have an ethernet connection to the Sky Hub which itself is cabled to the ONT. If you have satellite television then it's conceivable the socket for this is in the same location: moving a satellite socket would be a separate booking and a different additional fee.

Moving a full fibre connection isn't a trivial task because it requires optical fusion splicing: availability of suitably trained and equipped personnel is typically in short supply.
