Tv and Broadband Fibre optic
So in February fibre optic was fitted to everyone home where I live, prior to this I had Sky TV, broadband and phone, I was told I would get a discount on all 3 for the first 6 months but I only got the tv and broadband at its the same price as when I had the 3 services. Now my tv is saying I can't access tv unless I upgrade my subscription to sky Q, which will raise my bill in February and I am being forced to do this as I can't access my tv. So honestly was very angry on the phone to SKY as upgrade only done in February. Once off the call after reluctantly agreeing to Sky Q as was told nothing else they can do for me, it will be still 2 weeks no tv when engineer comes to install. Only off phone like 5 minutes and my broadband has been removed and bag again onto Sky, 2 hours by now between calls and again can't help me have to get an engineer to come, I told them that the first guy must have stopped my WiFi by mistake when upgrading for Sky Q, its so frustrating cause its like talking to a robot, there is no resolution, I am with Sky over 22 years. Any advice - also have messaged every contact way possible no joy. I have now been charged for my Sky this month but have no tv or broadband with no resolution
