Turning off Sky Shield
Hi Guys, I'm based in Ireland and I'm having difficulty turning off Sky Shield, any suggestions?
I've gone into the My Sky app, selected products and when I press broadband shield i get an error page.
Same thing happens when I log in online.
Can a Sky employee turn it off from their end?
Thanks.

Re: Turning off Sky Shield
I just get "sorry, something went wrong", please try again. I'm not sure if it's because I'm based in Ireland. I think other users based in Ireland have had the same issues.

Something you could try is to link your account as per this:

Re: Turning off Sky Shield
Thanks but my account is linked fine. I've had standard broadband from sky for the last number of years and just upgraded to full fibre yesterday. Never had this issue before then
