I have Sky Broadband but when i go into Shield it says i dont have Sky Broadband. I want to turn Shield off. How do i do this?

Re: Turning off Shield
Are you signed in with the correct details so your main primary Sky ID, if you then have you linked your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:
