MySky app is showing that I don't have broadband but I've just had it installed

Had real problems with Sky but eventually got Sky Q fitted but major problems getting Open Reach out.

Have you linked your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:

Unlinked as suggested but couldn't link up. MySky app is now showing I have no Sky products
