Trying to setup sky broadband

I've being trying to get a sky broadband with tv deal (sky stream) installed in my new home. My house currently has no WiFi or landline but has the connections for it, but evrerytime I try to purchase this I get given a number to phone saying there's a problem and when I phone the number it say your account number isn't recognised, so I've tried making an account on the app and further more but can't setup anything without already having something from sky which I don't have so I don't know what to do.

@Milsted70 if you have had an account previously use the phone you registered against thst account. However it should be possiblectonget past that prompt simply by not answering thecquestion.
