Hi

I am trying to fit my new broadband but don't seem to have an ONT. Just have this and the wire doesn't fit in. Any ideas?

What speed have you opted for?

Its ultrafast fttp that requires an ont

Super fast, I have had the installation in the wall outside completed

where will I get an ONT from?

Superfast can be delivered via the phone socket that you posted or via the ont that i posted. If you follow the link i gave it will tell us which you are getting

It won't fit in the wall socket I posted so maybe I need the ONT

If Sky have sent you their 'conversion kit' (ethernet cable) then that may well suggest that FTTP installation has been booked but not yet happened.
