Total loss of broadband and phone Compensation

Been with sky for 23 years. We lost broadband and phone on Tuesday 28 Jan 2025, got it back on Tuesday 4th Feb 2025. After a visit from a sky engineer, then a visit from Openreach. How do we get Compensation. Thanks.

It should be an automatic process as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

 

So if no credit is added to your account you will have to contact Sky to ask them about this.

It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day) so beginning of March.
