Title: Sky / Openreach Silver Address request

Hi, Openreach have confirmed my property has a valid UPRN and advised that Sky need to submit a Silver Address request. There is already Openreach fibre equipment on a nearby pole, so I’m trying to establish whether this is just a database/address issue or whether there is a genuine reason FTTP cannot serve the property. My main frustration is that Sky don’t seem to provide an email contact for this. I’d much rather have this dealt with in writing, as over the phone there is very little accountability or record of what has actually been requested. Has anyone successfully got Sky to raise a Silver Address request with Openreach, and if so, what is the best route?

For future reference Sky do not use email as a customer support channel chst is the nearest alternative.
