@Michellelyonett Does not work that way, time slot given, Sky/OR Engineer will have your contact details, and they might call you to give you an update or to say on there way to you, but there is no 100% guarantee to that, if you are not there it's all fair play to everyone involved so just best wait it out and see what transpires!
If they need access to the address and no one is in at the arranged time you could get a £25 charge.
