Throttle Ethernet

I would like to know jow to throttle my ethernet connection at home as it is slowing down WiFi?

There doesn't seem to be any setting in router or Sky Hub for this

@WarrenG Throttling just does not happen! And there is NOTHING in a sky hub so no need to go looking!

Whatever speed issue you are having best just to explain if you can!
