Third Party router replacing Sky Hub - ASUS RT AC88U

Sky seem to be blocking my internet, can anyone tel me if anything has changed recently, I was using the above router fine untill about a week ago and then its stopped working (internet blocked, I followed advice posted on the forums to set it up and it was working fine with the UK DHCP 61 option.  I had an open VPN server setup and was using everything externaly and at home with mesh network.

When it stopped working, I plugged in my sky hub and the internet came back, for now I am in AP mode into my sky hub but I would like some advice on what to check or if anyone has anything to share about the ISP side of things changing the 61 option, I am in UK south east.

Anyone got any advice or things to check? as I said was all working fine for a couple of weeks then its stopped, I just have the Fibre 500 broadband and no other contracted services.  What can I try next before I complain to Sky?

@Baz2024 Sky don't block things intentionally. Your Asus router should connect using DHCPv4 Option 61 with a standard string of user= anything@skydsl and tge password of literally anything you like. There haven't been any other reports in the forum of issues with Asus routers which are a popular choice. So difficult to advise other than carefully checking your set up

This Post shows the connection screens.

@Baz2024

Nothing that I know of has changed. Additionally complaints to Sky wont get you anywhere because they dont officially support 3rd party routers, especially if your connection is working with a Sky hub installed.
