New move no broadband for over 2weeks!

So decided to go with sky broadband and tv... moved house and all set to go live 14th oct..... nope didnt happen and after 4 engineer visits still nothing over 2 weeks now, we all know its a port problem in the cabinet but no one is fixing it, so frustrating! Openreach blame sky and sky blame open reach... but that doesnt help us, as we still in the dark as to when it will be fixed. I have never experienced such poor service, so be aware.

@Croppy1 you can make the same comment about.any ISP who uses the Openreach network unfortunately. Sky would have placed the irder based on what the Openreach database said was available for your address.

 

It is worth putting your full address into the following checker and posting the result minus the reference to your address but including the first 3 lines of the notes Openreach Checker

I dont agree, we checked out area and broadband is good, it is just down to the cabinet having faulity ports!
