Is there an issue with your broadband? Are you 100% happy the text was from Sky?

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum.

If you have a broadband issue that you've already reported to Sky you will have to wait for Openreach to fix it. There are delays at the moment as Openreach, as part of the Communication Workers Union have been taking part in days of industrial action. They don't work on domestic repairs over weekends anyway.
