There is a problem with my wifi connection to my hub. Is this something that will resolve itself

From this morning I have had no Internet. When I go to the sky page i ran the connectivity check and it comes up there is an issue with the connection to my hub. There is no further instructions on how to resolve this. Do I need an engineer out

@nicoleh70 basically yes you need to call Sky to report a line fault thry will run a few tests and book an engineer to check your line.
