The wifi strength is intermittent

The wifi strength seems to be deteriorating, its getting particulary bad in the kitchen. I was sent a replacement router a couple of months ago, when intested it was worse so i sent it back. Ive seen there is a white wifi max box, i think im on that subscription but have a basic wifi box. Can I get one of the max routers?

The Max Hub is now the default hardware for Ultrafast broadband products, but isn't being supplied to previous Ultrafast users retrospectively.  It's otherwise only obtainable by subscription to the WiFi Max supplement (which isn't currently available at addresses using Q television with more than one Mini box or Q wireless booster)
