The smiley face on my sky wifi box white and not changeing

So my wifi cut of everywhere in my area but it's back on now for everyone so I turned it off and back on and ever since it's just been white

@Eilidh you have a very old hub which Sky should replaceif you ask them. Three solid white lights means the hub is connected.so you should have a service.
