The light for internet on my black box is red and I can not access the internet or use my apps on tv. I have run the network status and I am not connected to the internet. I have turned off everything and back on, I have followed instructions and disconnected at the wall and put back in after 5 seconds making sure it clicks. No joy, still not working.
