@Tara38 if you are on a partial fibre service this is likely be due to the recent bad weather affecting your copper phoneline. It is worth calling Sky to see if they can get Openreach to check the line but that depends on the severity if the issue as the cabinet's automatic systems should be trying tonstabilise the connection and hopefully if it is an issue related to water the line shouldcdry out.
