My internet dosnt reach my camera at my door or livingroom cause the working told me he could r put it where I asked then then put it in my bed room

@Iansamson it may be possible to get the mastercsocket or ONT moved but that is often difficult and will cost money if it is possible. You can move the hub yourself by buying a longer cable to connect back to the Openreach kit. You can buy cables pretty easily you nedd a dsl cable with rj11 connectors for partial fibre or an Ethernet cable for full fibre.

Assuming that is not practical you nedd extra wifi kit which can come as part of the WiFi Max add-on Sky will sell you see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own which often works out cheaper in the long run
