The internet is not working.

The internet is not working. The engineer is not coming to fix the problems. The managers of your company are lying that an engineer will come, but I'm waiting and he doesn't come.

You have posted this in the Glass TV section. Do you have an issue with your broadband? Also FYI you are not addressing Sky - this is a customer helps customer community and we are fellow subscribers.
