Hi my supposed to got the hub today but I found the address was wrong, i pretty sure I provided a correct post code, please advice, thank you.

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. What makes you think the hubs gone to an incorrect address? It may have been delayed due to the Royal Mail workers being involved in industrial action.
