You can call Sky to see if you can upgrade.

I don't speak very well in English. we moved to this address and I ordered the Internet, it said that it would be on September 13. But I need to work with wi-fi and maybe there is a chance to make it faster

If you have ordered Sky Broadband and have been given an activation date of 13th September, that will be the earliest available date.
