The hub is dropping in and out and keeps flashing orange over the last 24 hours

The hub keeps dropping in and out and flashing orange. It doesn't matter how many times I reset it or do the steps to correct it, it still the same problem

@Tia30 Could be any kind off problem from exchange to the home or even in the home, try running the diagnostic test link to see if anything is shown also the service checker in case Sky area aware of a particular area fault.

 Service first diag 2nd. Links are below.

I have done all that, keeps saying there is a fault on the line but won't give an opinion to book an engineer

If you look at other discussions this appears to be a problem for many people. Started happening for me last Tuesday. I've called 6 times each time told to switch off and on in various ways. It fixes for a few hours then drops again. They're finally sending me a new router today. I suspect they have an issue with some routers but won't admit it.

@Foxglovevhg Do keep us informed to NO matter which way you find out whether good or bad to how it all goes. It's hard to help and diagnose what is going on, but up 4 months back on sky with zero issues whatsoever, no doubt that will be my kiss off death statement now!

Only had 2 micro drops on the wan with the old SR203, did not even get a new one from sky, was refurb by the look off it, but after 1200hrs up disconnected and put away back in it's box for safe keeping!
