Latency

Transferred from BT early January, immediately noticed a poorer performance. Followed online fault diagnosis suggestions (All good!) and was sold on the system needing time to 'Learn'. Well it's still in this learning process six months later. Very poor latency, freezing screens, loss of meetings. What is the answer to my woes? DO I spend an extra £4pm on upgraded service? Get my own router?

@BorgueBlue Depending on your connection and if you can and are able to do, workout and support, then own router is the way to go.
