The disappearing internet

I have already contacted you with the same problem several times and it is really irritating, my router keeps turning off, the Internet disappears and resetting or disconnecting from the power helps for a few hours and then the problem reappears. I work via the Internet, so I purchased faster and stronger Internet from you to avoid any problems. Honestly? I'm sorry to say this because I've been with you for 7 or 8 years, but I'm starting to think about changing the provider because, unfortunately, despite the high internet bill, most of the time I simply don't have it because it disappears.
