Hi,
Recently had a sky box broadband transferred over to me meaning the one one I had prior is no longer connected and available however the internet and other features were all working, when trying to connect to the new box, doesn't seem to go green with the internet, is this because the lead with a white top I had before was long and rectangular and the lead that I have now is much smaller and more of a square,
additionally the new lead with the white top doesn't fit in the socket in the wall, so I went any got a microfilter so it could go in the wall, however that doesn't seem to work either, any ideas on how to fix this issue
many thanks

Also what do you mean by 'transferred' over to you? Sky give you the appropriate hub for your connection type & package so if you have acquired this other hub in another way it may not be suitable for your broadband connection.
