Our Wi-Fi is slow when your engineer came for another issue he said it was very old and would be better with a new one. Can you please sned me one.

Sky currently has four generations of Hub which are technically in-support, but the Sky Hub (2013) and Q Hub (2016) models will be obsolete by the end of next year.
