My broadband Sheild has not been working since Wednesday last week !!! I have called sky at least 4 times and believe me when I say we have tried everything! It's linked to the correct email/ID. I keep being told it could be iPhones ??? I welliv had iPhones for the past 10 years and NEVER had a problem !
Thos is really important for us that this works ! Any help out there at all ??
