I'm having problems with my broadband It's really slow if you could have a look at it please

@Andrew308  No one at Sky can take a look at anything, no one lnows who you are froma community login.

 

What speeds are you getting according to the mysky app?

 

Are you running speeds tests?  If so how are these being done? On ethernet connected devices or over wifi?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
