Hi, when my mobile (Tesco) is connected to house WiFi it won't show any pictures on Facebook, emails etc etc. I thought it was my mobile but I have been to the shop twice and they said there is no problems. We are new to sky as well. Many thanks

@Floydy Go to your sky account, select products, and adjust the Sky Broadband shield to what you require, off if you do not need anything blocked.
