I recieved a text from sky asking to confirm my broadband and talk order address,it said to reply if details were correct ,I did but won't send.
i don't think it's a scam as I have recently ordered a new broadband package.
any help would be appreciated.

Listen through the voice prompts and ignore it if and when it sends you a text to stay on the line to speak to an advisor.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe image was rejected as you didn't block out the senders mobile number. If you're not convinced it's from Sky give them a call as suggested and I'd be wary of clicking on the link that's mentioned.
