Terrible wifi, tv shows don’t play and look pixelated, our emails on phone don’t open or download un

Connections are not great! Emails don't open until I turn off wifi 😳🤦‍♀️. The loading circle thing always happens when using Netflix, Apple, etc... paying for the fastest and it's worse than before. Help!!

Have you tried disabling iCloud Relay & Private browsing on your Apple device or Sky Shield in your Sky Account?
