Broadband settings on Mysky app
I had Ultrafast broadband installed and activated yesterday
but how do I access the Sky Wifi Max hub settings?
The web site says to go to the My Sky app, go to broadband, click on product settings and it will be there
unfortunately, All I have is Broadband Shield, Internet Security and Talk Shield
Talk Shield just comes up with an error so I don't know what this is
There are no options for the hub
I have logged out and reinstalled the app and also logged in using a desktop PC instead of the app but the WiFi max hub doesn't appear on my account.
I particularly wanted this hub to set up Parental Controls to stop my daughter using her PC at silly hours of the night but if this isn't an option with this router are there any alternatives that people can suggest?

@Chris11521 If these settings have not appeared in the product settings by the end of the day. You have tried what would have been suggested on the forum to give Sky a call and get them to nudge the backend network team to enable this for you.

It can take 24-48 hours for the sky max settings appear
In the meantime try logging out of the my sky app and uninstall. Then re install
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
