17th october internet randomly goes down to around 40mb download from its usual 75mb download. Same sort of decrease percentage wise with the upload. Ring sky and they send out a new router, fit that and of course it's not fixed it. They send out an openreach engineer who says he's fixed it and back to 77mb download. Do a test and in fact it's down at 20mb. Ring sky and now we have to wait till 4th november for a sky engineer to come out. What a headache.
