Terrible tv keeps buffering and stopping

TV keeps buffering and comes up with a blank screen saying there's no connection. Circle spinning round and often just goes off and adverts come on

@Deborah27 buffering on video streams is most often caused by poor quality WiFi connection to your hub. Easy to confirm simply run the network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. Sky's Stream pucks and Glass TVs give an indication of the WiFi strength in the Network Settings.

 

If it is poor WiFi then the so,ution is simple either use an Ethernet cable or get a WiFi extender or similar which Sky will provide if asked assuming you are paying for their WiFi Max pack see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
