Terrible internet

Has anyone else noticed the standard of internet signal for Sky has been awful recently. I've had my internet through sky for over 10 years but of late I just seem to be having issues every other day! My current download speed in 9.17!!!! & Although I appreciate it may happen from time to time I'm getting extremely frustrated as its becoming a regular thing. Is it just me or is anyone else having the same?
