Terrible connection.

Internet drops out every few days. Seems to work fine and then drop out. 
says it fine but can't watch Amazon/netflix. Consistently terrible router in same room as tv yet there is issues?

The proximity of the Hub cannot possibly make any difference to an external fault on the broadband circuit.
