Hi, my sky connection is horrendous. I pay for the highest fibre package available and never have connection. This impacts everything I do, from using sky tv itself to gaming. This needs resolving ASAP.
@SeanBillington Hope that you are aware whatever you post on the Forum then you are not addressing sky in any format, so nothing is going to be done from your own Forum post. as it sounds like you are well unhappy with the complete operation off all your sky equipment you may just wish to give them a call and see what they can do for you!
