How to put Wi-Fi on sleep mode

How can to put Wi-Fi on sleep mode? I want to set my Wi-Fi to turn off during my sleep hours at night. How can I set my Wi-Fi hub to power down between the hours of 23:00-5:00am? Or do I have to switch it off manually at the plug socket?

Note that WiFi remains on, with individual devices being blocked.

Switching a Hub off and on isn't recommended: one alternative is to permanently disable Hub WiFi and then add a separate wireless access point over an ethernet cable with a programmable power switch.
