No wifi

Wi-Fi went off on 7/9... called engineer who came on 11/9.... had no WiFi all week but on engineer arrival it worked again. Engineer said there was a fault 2.5m away but couldn't find anything so assumed it was wiring and tidied up but didn't replace anything. Since then it has been on and off faulty several times a day, going off for up to 10mins every time. 
Done the online checker which says nothing is wrong but I have no internet while it says this. There is clearly a fault somewhere so would now like this issue resolved urgently as for the last week I have paid for a service that I have not had

@Steve+Wareham As you still have a fault then you need to give sky a call, posting on the Forum they will not know!
